Q: Can I buy tickets without registering as a Meejo member?
A: It’s possible to buy long-distance tickets without registering. It’s mandatory to register when buying local transport tickets, as the ticket will only work in the mobile app and is shown to the driver from the screen of your smartphone. As a registered Meejo member, your tickets are always conveniently available in the webstore and mobile app. In addition, you can save your payment card for future purchases. Q: What do I do if my phone number changes? Does changing my phone number affect my account information
A: If your phone number changes, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can link your new number to your account. Any tickets you have purchased and your benefits will remain on your account regardless of the change in your phone number.
Q: Can I cancel, exchange or return the ticket
A: It’s not possible to return the ticket, but registered Meejo members can exchange their tickets for another on Meejo’s website. To exchange your ticket, log in with your loyal customer ID and click on the My Tickets section in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. We charge a service fee of EUR 7.50 for changes; any difference in ticket price will not be reimbursed. If you have reserved a seat, the reservation will no longer be valid after the change.
Q: How do I exchange a ticket
A: As a registered member, you can exchange your ticket in the Meejo webstore if the journey is operated by a Meejo operator. Log in to your account and select the ticket to be exchanged under My Tickets. Follow the instructions on the screen. We charge a service fee of EUR 7.50 for changes; any difference in ticket price will not be reimbursed.
Q: I cannot create an account / I cannot change my password
A: If you are creating an account through the Meejo mobile app, try to restart the application. If the problem does not disappear with the restart, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Q: The webstore gives an error message and asks me to try the purchase again
A: First, check your email in case the purchase was successful even though you received an error message. In this case, the tickets would have been sent to the email address you provided. If you cannot find the tickets in your email, make the purchase again.
Q: I did not complete the payment, but now the seat is reserved, and I can’t reselect it
A: The selected seat will remain reserved for approximately 15 minutes, after which you can try to reserve the seat again.
Q: How can I purchase tickets / move forward in the process?
A: The tickets you have selected will be added to your cart. You can access the cart by clicking the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner in the webstore or app. Fill in the passenger’s name, telephone number and an email address to where we can deliver the ticket. In the Meejo app, the purchase can be completed by entering the details of your payment card. As a Meejo member, you can save your card details in the app, which makes the purchase process even faster. The accepted payment methods in Meejo’s webstore are online banking IDs, payment cards or Mobile Pay.
Customers who have signed in can apply a loyal customer benefit to the purchase in the cart. You can also reserve a seat and purchase additional services, for example, additional luggage.
Q: I did not get the ticket by email, although the payment has been debited from my account.
A: Make sure that the ticket is not in your spam folder. It might also be that the email address was misspelled. If you cannot find the ticket, please contact Meejo’s customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I reserve transport for a bicycle after I bought my ticket
A: We recommend that you book additional services, such as bicycle transport, when you buy your ticket. Additional services can be purchased in Meejo’s webstore and mobile app. In Meejo’s webstore, additional services are selected in the cart. In the mobile app, the additional service is selected as you select your ticket. Please note that additional services are subject to a charge and that discounts which are valid for tickets do not affect the price of the additional services.
